These terms and conditions apply to all Digital Economy Group products and services:
Digital Economy Group PTY LTD (DEG) is a Company registered in Australia and holds ACN 153 285 191. Any claims made against DEG will be brought in the State of Queensland, Australia.
GoMobile Network Test (GoMobile)
GoMobile is an independent mobile network testing system. The Mobile App is available on Android. Data is exported to the user’s secure GoMobile portal. GoMobile WiFi (GoMobile WiFi)
GoMobile is an independent WiFi network testing system. The Mobile App is available on Android. Data is exported to the user’s secure GoMobile portal. Users can test their own WiFi networks or any WiFi network that they can connect to establish the quality of the network. Go Mobile Services
DEG offers Mobile Apps combined with access to an online portal for the duration of the period paid for.
DEG Apps are available at no cost. All data is automatically exported to the secure online portal. Ongoing access to the portal requires payment.
DEG offers trial access to prospective clients for a maximum of 14 Days. During this time DEG will seek to confirm the testing requirements of the registered user.
Paid services provide access in 12 month increments. Users will be reminded of the expiry 1 month prior to the end of their access period. During this time DEG will seek to confirm the intention of the client to continue access to the data collected. Paid access is remotely managed by DEG following payment to the DEG account.
Expanded product Set
Existing clients will be provided access to new products as they become available for a trial period of 4 weeks.
DEG continually improve the features available and address any identified issues with the mobile app and portal. All paid client accounts are automatically updated to include the new features and as they are deployed. Clients will be notified of system changes to the portal and app updates will be advised to clients via the android system. Individuals will need to update their own devices.
Clients who refer new paid access clients the DEG system will have an additional month of access provided free of charge.
Account and Data Retention
After the trial access has expired, DEG reserves the right to delete the account and data of accounts that have expired for 30 or more days. Clients are able to export data collected during their Trial or Paid access periods. Trial data export options are limited.
DEG cannot be held responsible for any costs or liabilities arising from the use of DEG Products.
DEG accepts no responsibility circumstances where users do not adhere to all traffic and transport laws applicable in the country/location of use.

As a DEG Client, you agree to DEG listing your organisation as a customer in our client lists. Any specific reference to you as a client or use of your organisation name in promotional materials will be requested separately prior to use. DEG prepares promotional material from time to time, unless there are specific identifiers showing the location, DEG reserves the right to create screen grabs and illustrations demonstrating the capability of the testing system using live client data
Changes to Terms and Conditions
DEG reserves the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and without notice.
